How far in advance should I reserve a storage unit?
We always recommend contacting us as soon as possible for the best rates. However accommodations can be made for people with immediate storage needs.

How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month-to·month rentals as well as long term storage options.

ls there a deposit or move in fee?
No

When can I access my unit?
Our office hours and our gate hours are as follows:
Daylight savings time
Open 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 7 Days a Week!
Standard time
Open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 7 Days a Week!
Closed only major holidays.

Do you supply the locks?
Yes, secure locks are provided with every new unit.

What are the payments terms?
Storage rents are due on the 1st of each month.

How can l make a payment?
You can make your payment at our location, over the phone, by mail or automatic charge to your credit or debit card.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Is there a price break if I pay in advance or sign a long-term rental agreement?
We understand that you may just need to rent for one month or several months. We’re flexible and offer month-to-month rental without a deposit. We do give price breaks if you pay in advance for 6 months or longer. The choice is
yours.

How much notice must be given when I move out?
We appreciate 10 day notice if possible.

How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
Finding the right unit is best done by contacting one of our self storage professionals. Please call for more details.

Drive up units?
Yes. All units are ground floor.

What type of security?
Our facility is fenced, lighted, and secure with controlled access during business hours.

What type of identification do I need?
You’ll need a photo ID, if requested.

What size units are available and how do I know which size will suit my needs?
4 X 6 = 24 sq. ft. = Electronics, bicycles, boxes (Residential = boxes, small furniture files, etc.; Business = 35 files, boxes and inventory)

6 x 11 = 66 sq. ft. = Studio apartment (Residential = studio or small one bedroom apartment; Business = office equipment and inventory)

10 x 11 = 110 sq. ft. = Two bedroom apartment (Residential = 2 bedroom apartment or household equipment; Business = 2 office spaces plus boxes)

10 x 22 = 220 sq. ft. = Three bedroom house (Residential = 3 bed house or garage items; Business = 3-4 office spaces, boxes, and equipment)

15 x 22 = 330 sq ft = Four + bedroom house (Residential = 4+ bed house plus garage items; Business = 4 offices spaces, boxes, equipment)
