Best Places to Live for Young Adults (Part 1)

Every year, various news outlets will publish pieces that outline the 10 best places to live, or 35 places, 15 places, etc. While these are based on things such as economic growth in the area, how the housing market is doing, and how much there is to do downtown, any place that you make home should be the “best” place to live. However, there are some that we would like to mention if you’re a young adult looking to move to a new city to start a career, start a family with your significant other, or just start fresh. Here are some amazing up and coming cities to look at!

• Miami, FL: While Miami is a hustling and bustling city in Florida, it can also be a great place for many young people to live. Why? First of all, you’ll never be bored if you decide to live in Miami. It’s known for its amazing nightlife and beaches, as well as many upscale, inexpensive restaurants. Miami has consistently been ranked as one of the top US tourist destinations, and a large number of colleges and universities are great for those looking to obtain higher degrees.
• Philadelphia, PA: Philly is a great place to move for a number of reasons. First, it is a real hub when it comes to jobs. Especially when it comes to banking and finance. Its close proximity to New York City is definitely part of the reason many people are drawn to the area. It’s also much less expensive than New York City! But Philly is a great place to settle down for additional reasons. For one, the city has been ranked as one of the highest in terms of “best places for singles,” “skylines,” and even “food.” Besides, everyone should go to Philly at least one in their lifetime to try out an authentic cheese steak!
